Affordable counselling for people in East Grinstead and the surrounding villages.

At Arise Counselling Service:

We seek to offer a compassionate and non-judgmental relationship where each person is valued, accepted and fully heard.

We offer sessions in person, online, and by telephone. This can be short-term and long-term; counselling teenagers (13+), adults and couples at a rate that is affordable.

We are not able to take on clients who are experiencing the following:

  • Severe addictions

  • Severe personality disorders

  • Currently receiving counselling elsewhere
