Rebecca
Rebecca qualified as a psychotherapist in 2013, having completed comprehensive training at the Tavistock NHS Trust and WPF Therapy. She is an accredited professional member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy and the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling.
She works within the psychodynamic model which aims to identify, consider and challenge patterns in behavior and relationships, in order to allow the client to feel more positively engaged with life and it’s challenges. She has experience of working with a wide variety of issues including, anxiety, trauma, abuse, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
Rebecca currently works as a psychotherapist in private practice. In recent years she has also worked within a clinical setting in the not for profit sector specifically with Sane, the mental health charity, and also for Maytree, an organisation that provides respite care and emotional support to those in suicidal crisis.
Rebecca is Deputy Safeguarding Lead.
